If you do not want your company or your details in our data, use this form. We do not ask you to justify the request and there is no charge.
What happens after you submit
- We locate the record and remove it from every deliverable issued from that point onward.
- We add the identifier to a permanent suppression list, so it does not reappear when we refresh from the original source. This is the part that actually matters — without it, a removal undoes itself at the next update.
- We confirm to you by email, normally within 10 business days.
- We cannot recall a deliverable already supplied to a client before your request. We will tell you honestly if that applies.

Write to [email protected] with "Data removal" in the subject, naming the company or person. That reaches the same place and carries the same effect.
If you are one of our clients
Removal requests we receive apply to our data. If you received a deliverable from us and someone asks you to stop contacting them, you must honour that directly and keep your own suppression list — see section 4 of our terms. We cannot do it for you, because we do not see your outreach.
