We identify the companies that already import what you sell — ranked by import activity, with a business contact point for each one we can reach — 82% of Mexican importers buying over US$1M a year.
The U.S. Commercial Service sets its fees by law at full cost recovery. As of July 2026, its International Partner Search costs $2,500 and returns up to five interested companies. That is the market's own benchmark for what buyer identification is worth.
Trade promotion agencies elsewhere confirm the same economics — JETRO takes about two months, KOTRA four to five weeks, and an Italian chamber in New York quotes 45 business days. Speed is not a detail here. It is the offer.
A border assembly plant importing from its own parent company will never buy from you. We measure the difference and keep only genuine commercial buyers. In auto parts that filter removes 85% of the records other providers would sell you as leads.
Operations through June 2026, with 63,719 Mexican and Argentine importers active this year. Competing catalogues still ship 2016 and 2023 data at similar prices. An importer who moved last quarter is a different prospect from one who moved in 2019.
6,423 companies began importing during 2026. A buyer who just entered the market is actively choosing a supplier right now — and no competitor sells that signal.
Industrial valves and taps imported into Mexico. Real companies, ranked by import activity, pulled from the live base. The largest importer holds only 11% of the market, which means the field is genuinely open.

Mexico and Argentina operations data runs through June 2026, roughly a two-month lag. Brazil company and contact data is current to July 2026; its product-level trade series was discontinued in 2021 and we say so before you buy, not after.
Stop guessing which companies might be interested and start with the ones already buying. We identify the companies in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina that have actually imported your product — ranked by import activity, with business contacts — so your first email goes to a proven buyer instead of a cold prospect. You search it yourself, from the moment you subscribe.
Send us your HS code, or simply describe what you manufacture and we will map it to the right tariff codes. The dashboard returns the companies that actually imported it, ranked by import activity, with business contact details.
Licensed customs operations data for Mexico and Argentina, combined with public company registries, sector authorisations and verified business contact sources. Every record carries its capture window so you know how current it is. Full detail on our methodology page.
Mexico and Argentina operations run through June 2026 — roughly a two-month lag. 63,719 Mexican and Argentine importers were active during 2026 and 6,423 began importing this year. We sell the company-to-product relationship, which moves slowly, rather than yesterday's single shipment.
Mexico with 55,133 confirmed importing companies and Argentina with 27,065, both searchable down to product code and with recent operations data. Brazil with 54,036 confirmed importers, of which 7,029 are also searchable by tariff code through the Brazilian government's own importers catalogue — that subset represents around 78% of the country's import volume.
One honest caveat on Brazil: Brazilian law protects transaction-level customs detail, so we do not hold shipment records or company-level import values there. The product-level layer comes from a public government catalogue whose current edition is older than our Mexican and Argentine operations data. We label the vintage on every Brazilian deliverable so you know exactly what you are working with.
Much of Latin America's import volume is intra-company: an assembly plant bringing in parts from its own parent abroad. Those companies will never buy from a new supplier, yet they dominate the volume rankings. We measure and exclude them, so you are not paying for prospects that cannot convert.
Yes. We operate on a legitimate-interest business-to-business basis with opt-out, aligned to Mexico's LFPDPPP, Brazil's LGPD and Argentina's Law 25.326. We deliver company intelligence and corporate contact points — never a bulk dump of personal data.
Yes, and you should. Tell us your product and we will send a free sample of real importers from your own category, so you can judge the quality before spending anything.
Search any product code across Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. Company names, counts and register checks are unlimited from the first minute.
We send a one-time link to that address — no password to invent, nothing to cancel.
We ration the contact detail because that is the product, and we would rather say so here than let you find out at the wall. Everything else is open. Prefer we build the list for you instead? Ask for a free sample.
Tell us what you sell. We send a free sample of real Latin American importers from your own product category — no charge, no obligation.
